What type of question do you have?

Membership

We have two different options; you can receive a one-time box for $120 or you can select to receive a recurring box for $100 a month.

You must be 21 years of age or older to join and enjoy cannabis products. Only customers in our service area can join and receive deliveries. Please check to see if you are in are delivery area before joining. You will be unable to join if you are not in our delivery area.

Go to the Login page and click Forgot Username/Password. Follow the prompts to reset your username/password.

Ordering

MonthLeaf is a subscription-based service, so you must become a member to get started. Learn about the benefits of membership, or create an account now.

When you are ready to become a member, create an account & select which box you would like to receive. Once you checkout, you are a part of the club!

MonthLeaf boxes can only be ordered by an account-holding member over the age of 21. Our boxes will only be delivered to the customer who placed the order upon presentation of a valid state I.D. If you want to place an order as a gift, you may buy a gift card by emailing us at club@monthleaf.com.

Payment

We accept all major credit / debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Please keep in mind that your bank statements will have our parent company’s name on it; VMS INC.

Delivery

MonthLeaf delivers to many zip codes in Northern California. To see if your address is in our delivery zone, please use our interactive map.

We understand our customers may value discreet delivery of their orders. Our partnered dispensaries do not have any logos or any signage on their vehicles; to ensure discretion for the customer and safety of their drivers.

Also, members select the best day and time that work for them so there are no surprise deliveries. The partnered dispensary that is making your delivery with either call or text to confirm your delivery day and time at the beginning of each month.

Our partner dispensary filling your order will dispatch a driver to deliver your box. To see which dispensary will be delivering your box, please use our interactive map.

Our partnered dispensary will contact you at the beginning of the month to confirm delivery day and time. The dispensary will then also contact you same day to update you on their ETA. Please respond to this phone call or text and confirm that you will be available or need to reschedule your delivery.

You must be present to receive your MonthLeaf box. You will need to present a valid state I.D. to your delivery driver. The name on the I.D. MUST match the name of the customer that ordered the box.

Your package will not be delivered if you are not present to present identification and accept it. Only the customer that placed the order and whose name is on the box can accept the delivery.

We will contact you via phone/email to let you know that we were unsuccessful in delivering your box. You can login to your account to select a new delivery date and time. There is a $20 rescheduling fee for re-delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to cannabis regulations, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with you purchase, email us at sales@monthleaf.com explaining the problem. We will respond within 48 hours and work with you to fix the issue
